Percy to Berniece June 27, 1918

The postmark, July 2, is 5 days after Percy wrote the postcard, June 27. This delay between Percy mailing postcards from the Troop Train and their postmarks is consistent across the cards. However, Percy's letters from Camp Lewis were typically postmarked the same day Percy reports mailing them. The delay in actually mailing the Troop Train postcards seems to be a security measure specific to the trains.
